Arrived. Our room was spacious and clean, but the breakfast options were somewhat limited. It's a decent spot for a quick stay, though the location could be better for exploring the nearby attractions.

The hotel was very accomodating to a family with a young child. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. Keep in mind, this is not a trait of native Uticans. The pool provided plenty of energy burn off for my child and my wife enjoyed the workout room. There was always plenty of food stocked in the breakfast area. Overall a great stay and the Hampton Inn provided a great place when family doesn't have the space.

I encountered several issues . First, the lock on my door was broken, quite concerning for my safety throughout the night. When I tried to take a shower, the faucet came off, and I had to put it back on myself. To top it all off, there was a large gap under the door, allowing hallway noise to disturb my sleep, so I had to use a towel to block it.

Accomodations were lovely and inviting. The room was clean, fresh and the bed was comfortable.

The floor on which we stayed was overrun with children running up and down the halls well into the night, walls were being banged on both sides of our room, and children were roaming the hotel unaccompanied by adults. Additionally, there was no pay per view for watching movies.

I stayed one night in a King Studio Suite. Clean room, friendly staff, and a great location just off the highway. Breakfast was satisfactory, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The indoor pool could have been better maintained as I heard it was inconsistent. A dependable place for a brief stay.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed, made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast included good options but could have more variety. Staff were friendly and helped with my requests efficiently. The location is super convenient, right off the highway. The lobby could use a deeper clean, as I noticed some dust and hair in corners. I also noticed noise from the hallway disturbing my sleep a couple of times, a bit annoying. I enjoyed my stay despite those small issues.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Utica, New York and a Walmart shopping center and most areas. Good breakfasts with fruit smoothies and hot options, the staff were very-very nice.

A nice size and well-kept room with comfortable bed and safe for safety measures. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven available.

the bathroom sink was a bit dirty , but the indoor pool was really nice. the staff was super helpful when I asked for extra towels. also loved that the room was big enough for my crew and came with a fridge and microwave.
